  1. 1. Application of bioinformatic methods to the analysis of patient-centric cancer omics data (mainly genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic data) to find gene targets and improve molecular therapies.
  2. 2. Application of bioinformatic and machine learning methods and algorithms to find cancer biomarkers and uncover driver genes of tumor and metastasis, including master regulators.
  3. 3. Construction and analysis of human gene & protein networks in healthy states and in pathological states, protein-protein interaction mapping, interactomes: network biology focused on human normal versus malignant states.
